Thought there was a disccount for gas when paid with a walmart card- was not given one.

I had to wait to get a pump. To navigate this area is horrible. It was not thought out well (and it is brand new!).

I tried two different pumps and the gas was coming out extremely slow on both. I asked the attendant was the pump o.k. and he said yes.

I went to get gas at the Round Lake Beach, IL Murphy USA gas station and pulled up to Pump #10. I inserted my credit card and then proceeded to start pumping gas. The instant I started pumping gas the pump was extremely slow, and I mean slow. The LCD display showed an increase of one cent about every five seconds. I went inside to ask the attendant what's wrong with Pump #10 and she told me that Pump #9 and Pump #10 for some reason run slowly in the cold. I asked if I could get a refund but she said that there wasn't anything she could do and that I consumed gas and just had to move to another pump, which made sense. I pumped a quantity of 0.028 gallons of 87 octane fuel for a total of $0.05. More than being disappointed at the fact of spending five cents and probably only pumping gas vapors, I was moreso disappointed at the fact that the gas station attendant knowingly knew that Pump #9 and Pump #10 were not functioning properly and would allow customers to continue to use the these two pumps instead of having a sign displaying alerting customers that the pumps are malfunctioning or having the plastic gas pump handle baggies stating the pumps are out-of-service.

The pump would not print a receipt, so my husband went inside. He accidentally told the clerks the wrong pump number. They said, "Are you trying to trick or treat? Because we REALLY want to give YOU a treat." Seriously? Gross.

I believe I said I was. If not I made an error on the survey.
