Front desk staff person was not the best. Asked for late check out, and was told that I could check out at 12:00, which is what time check out is anyway.

It wasn't easy to find the event when I arrived. There was only one video board with several scrolling messages and the one employee in sight - at the front desk - was on the phone for a couple of minutes. I wandered around and encountered several other employees, including 3-4 coming out of the offices, but none of them noticed my list look and asked if they could help me. Need more signage for meetings and meeting area to be a first class event facility.
