When I ask to use the restroom after pumping my fuel. The attendant was hesitate and "guessed" it would be ok. While I was using the toilet he knocked on the door. I finished my business and ask him as I was leaving if there was a time limit on how long one could use this particular restroom. His answer was No. He then proceeded to say he wanted to clean the restroom. My question to your company is this: can't your employees (attendants )wait until a customer has left the building before starting their assigned tasks. Why make your customer feel rushed?

I did I press the button for unleaded it lit up and when I started pumping it jumped to super unleaded. I was very dissatisfied to pay 2.82 per gallon instead of 2.17 per gallon. Is this a bait and switch tactic?

I was highly disappointed to find very little water in the windshield washer bucket; let alone NO washer fluid. NO papers to clean off my squeegee. Sadly this is pure laziness on the part of your employees. It reflects on the whole company however, indicating poor attendant training and poor supervision of your employees.

The lady working behind the counter was more interested in her phone conversation. Never stopped talking or listening, while i stood there to pay. Then asked which button was for credit,it was like i was interrupting her. I believe the customer standing in front of you that is waiting to pay,is more important than anybody on the phone.

I purchased gas outside then went in to get some chips ,snacks and a drink. There was no 20 oz. drink cups at all. You advertise the fountain drinks and freeze drinks, but no cups. The guy behind the counter says hopefully tomorrow maybe thursday, a lot of upset people have been in all day asking about cups. I think the correct thing is to sell the next size cup for the price of 20 oz drinks. Next time I want my freeze drink on a hot summer evening, i might as well stop at Speedway and get my gas and drinks. I understand stuff happens, but come on,your a gas station trying to make money and you cant stock enough cups,etc...

I pressed the Unleaded button and the Unleaded Plus button lit up instead. I pressed the Unleaded button again, but it did not change. I filled up and then went in to ask if this were a new gimmick? The clerk didn't know what to do and consulted another employee. This woman said they could do a SOP or Sap. They punched things into the register and decided $2 should be more than enough for what the difference was. They handed me the $2. The outside price advertised had been $1.62. With my credit card, I should have paid $1.57. Instead I paid $1.82 ( down from $1.87 price of Plus). The actual difference is 25 cents per gallon. I purchased 13.667 gallons. It would have been nice if the senior employee had really figured the actual price. Plus, Michigan has a law that I think should have been in effect here of not receiving the price that something should have been. A scanner's fee. If this type of thing happens to too many people, they won't return, or the authorities should be alerted to check the pumps!
