Pumps always stop working or are very slow when it get's colder, or so I am told by the clerk. I know they are not service people, but something is physically wrong with colder temp adjustments to your pumping mechanism. This has happened for at least two winters, you NEVER know what pump to pull into early in the morning to know which one is primed or whatever!

I filled up my car OK. went in to exchange a BBQ lp gas tank. Very Long line inside only one person at register, needed bbq tank, after a long wait she rang me up she asked the mgr. to help me. instead of helping the mgr. opened another register and started waiting on other people. I complained and they said I would just have to wait, I said I already waited in a long line to pay and should be next to be waited on. Again told to wait. when I asked for my $$ back was told to get into the long line and wait. Finally after waiting again got my BBQ tank. Poor service, poor management will never go inside a Murphy gas station again. If I could give it 0 stars or minus stars I would.

This is becoming redundant; 1 pump took 3 minutes to pum $1.25, went to another pump and it didn't pump any gas. Saw another customer and his was pumping way too slow also...

The 5 cent per gallon discount was discontinued abruptly and without notice. This was very disappointing to me.

this is a fairly new station and 3/4 of the pumps are broken. the other 1/4 either they pump to slow so the pump shuts off or the buttons on the pump will not work. this is a very poor up keep station. I tried to fill up this morning and the pump was so slow it quit. I had to go to another station to fill up.

THE PUMPS AT THIS STATION HALF OF THEM HAD PLASTIC BAGS ON THEM AND THE OTHER HALF DID NOT PUMP GAS.

Attendant should have went out and bagged the pump instead of hiding in the corner

Second time this winter that the pump wouldn't work. The first time I went inside and the attendant came out and just clicked and released handle several times. I tried this for several minutes. Then I just held lever for a couple of minutes. I got 6 cents of gas. Then I went to dillons and filled up. I will try murphys again in the spring.
