I indicated that I was mostly satisfied, with the experience overall; but to be more specific here about a reason I was dissatisfied: most of the employees at the location I've been to, in the Liberty, MO area, are mostly negative/not too friendly. And I understand: it's a convenience store, & in this country, a lot of people working at those just don't usually have a friendly attitude. And I'm guessing, more than likely, most people working at convenience stores would rather work @ a whole lot of other places! So part of the solution, I believe: the employees should have a better work atmosphere: always be allowed to have a place to sit down between customers; likewise be allowed to read, do crosswords, etc. between customers; always be allowed to have bottled water to drink & other amenities; additionally, have a bigger store to work in, & be allowed & registered to carry a gun for their protection against robbers that might enter the store during their shift. Lastly, there was a news segment recently on TV, about a woman working at a gas station/convenience store, & she had a gun & shot at robbers that entered the store she was working in! Thanks for reading all the above.

No signs that station is pre-pay. If there had been maybe the choices on the pump screen wouldn't have been so frustrating and confusing. A young man did come right out to help show me what to do. That was my first visit. Honestly, if there hadn't been such a big savings per gallon I wouldn't have returned. I'm a retired senior woman and badly need that savings. We"re such creatures of habit that it's now a hassle to have to prepay with a trip into the station. I miss the get it and go choice. As long as there is a 10 cent difference in price I can stand the inconvenience. Why is the price per gallon not on the receipt? Am I missing it??

I am greatly disappointed that Walmart discontinued its 5 cent discount per gallon on gas when using the Walmart credit card. Since having the credit card, I have exclusively shopped a Murphy's. Now that the discount has been replaced with an inferior plan, I go wherever I can get the best value for my money. Murphy's use to be that place. Unfortunately, that is not currently the case.

all Murphy outlets. The .05 cents off was a much better incentive. Now I can do better at other stations at times.

It is All of the Murphy stations. The .05 cents per gallon off was a much better incentive. I burn a lot of fuel & now I can sometimes do better at other stations.

purchased lottery ticket at the pump (MO Mega), normally get ticket dispensed while filling up on gas. did not get lottery ticket but lottery transaction (0687) is on gas receipt. asked attendant for help getting my lottery ticket printed. he called someone and then told me Murphy USA has nothing to do with lottery problems and I shouldn't play the lottery at the pump anymore since I'm being charged $1 to play in addition to the lottery ticket price. he gave me an 800 number (1-800-729-4832) which turned out to be for lottery vendors, not lottery players. this gas station is next to my local Walmart so I use it, but I'll take your employees advice and just buy gas.

The attendant was not interested in me coming into the store. She did not greet me and did not thank me for my purchases and acted as if I interrupted her sleep. She did not have any customer service skills.
