could not use sams card

I felt like I was treated like a criminal. I put my walmart gift card in so I could receive the discount. After the transaction was completed the older lady came out and said you must come inside to pay! I said I used my card, she said come inside to pay! I said I'm confused, then went inside. The other cashier had applied a prepay on my pump. The other customer was not happy either. The employees never once appoligized to either of us & was very rude. It takes a lot to get me worked up but this was uncalled for. I appreciate your discount program, and like your store. If it weren't for that I would not be going back.

We always go to Murphy's for our gas. We've never had a problem up til this point. Today we were charged $75 as a holding fee for $17 worth of gas. Now bank account is overdrawn thank you very much!!!!!!!!

The attendant that was gathering the trash out to put in the dumpster was outside and we asked her why the pump was not taking the debit card at the pump. She got a rude attitude and said I don't know maybe it's your card, you have to go inside so we went inside and let the clerk know inside that she got rude with us because we were in pajamas and didn't want to have to go inside and the attendant really didn't know what to say and said it wasn't our card it was the pump and sometimes it does that, also the last few times I've been to this gas station the same lady has been so rude!!! Doesn't make me want to go back to this gas station to get the gasoline

I noticed the seal on the pump was broken after I started pumping my gas , so after I was done I looked around and a few of the seals were broken, went inside to let them know. They said would check . I went into Wal-Mart to shop when I came out I could see the pumps were still in use . This should not happen I left , I only checked because the cashier's didn't seem to care.
