I was highly satisfied with my visit. Perhaps I entered something incorrectly on the survey, but I thought my answers reflected I had no problems.

This location does not accept Wal-Mart gift cards

The attendent kept walking away from the register to help customers with their beer selection so the line moved very slow. Apparently they have a lot of beer theft so they always rrmain locked.

They didn't have coffee when ask the attendant she said she was the only one there at the time and she was also complaining about how they had put in a order for the coffee cups and the ones that were delivered were the wrong ones because the coffee was to hot for the cups so there for when putting coffee in the cup it would make a hole so she was mad about that so she was not being very nice she just complained about how the store just don't have there stuff together

Drive way is some times very hard to negotiate especially with big trucks.

I was at the pump and when I was going to select the grade, the digital sign on the buttons were not working properly.

If anything its always busy and sometimes makes it difficult to come in and leave due to one entrance and exit .

I tried to pay for my fuel with a Walmart gift card I had and was told that Murphy Express did not accept Walmart cards

The cashier Eva Tullos was very slow with helping me. I walked to counter and she was not there, when she came up to the counter a few minutes later she helped another customer first even though I was first in line. When she completed that transaction with that customer to now be my turn next, she walked away to her closed register still without greeting me or politely say one moment...then walked back no smile or welcoming greeting, just waiting for me to tell her why I was walking in as a customer to that establishment. After I requested my own receipt and still thanked her for my visit, I still did not get any acknowledgment of being a valued customer to Murphy USA. I left feeling very disappointed in the visit but was only satisfied with the very low gas price.

no one is perfect...therefore satisfied is best for me.
