The pump I was to get gas had no reading of any kind - that's why I had to go inside which I rarely do

I had my children in car with me. Tried to pay with my debit card and ended up having to go all the way inside.

I used a debit card. The cashier TOOK IT UPON HERSELF to use the credit not debit option, without asking me!!! This really makes me furious, if I wanted credit, I would have uzed a credit card!!!

Pump was too quick to reset as i tried to take lid off gas rank. Had to restart entire process.

I tried to pay at the pump not it wasn't letting me so I had to go inside to pay.

Red security tape was removed from pump 1, where I was a pumping, when I told the attendant, she said "I'll put another one" she was not concerned that the pump may have been tampered with. All other pumps had a red tape across door and secured correctly I retuned on the 29th at 6:00 am, still no red security tape on pump 1. I retuned because I was hoping that if they secured the pump hopefully they checked for illegal card reading device or such. 10 hrs after I told the cashier, nothing. The pump still had not been secured. I have a picture of the pump at 6am without red security tape. I am concerned that my debt information could have been stolen. But Murph USA is not. I need to know that my debit information has not been stolen at Murphy USA gas station. My name is Samuel Sanchez my # is 210-273-2713

I attempted to post pay to fill up my tank but the attendant repeatedly stopped the pump every time I pressed post pay. The screen on the pump will actually say "pump stopped" every time the attendant stops it. When I went inside to ask why the pump kept getting shut off, all Joseph said was that it was not him who stopped the pump. Not a valid reason why I can't post pay when the option to is available. Was not greeted nor thanked so overall this location is terrible and really needs some improvement.
