I drive a diesel vehicle. The diesel pump is placed in the middle of the regular gas pumps. You cannot get to this pump if some getting regular gas is not parked exactly right. Also, someone getting diesel ends up blocking a regular gas pump. Bad pump placement.

I pressed #87 unleaded and the pump charged me for super unleaded #93. Almost $7.00 more than what the $2.11 rate I should have gotten. This gas was $2.59!!!

I wanted products other than fuel. Note on door said enter other side. The other side faces less pumps. I went to other side; it was locked as well for cleaning. This is poor. Don't advertise as a 24 hour convenience if you're not. Will not return. Going to QuikTrip next time.

Because while I was shopping for products inside the store The attendant was talking products over by the soda fountain and she was using profanity where everyone could hear what she was saying clearly. I was checking out I was asking her questions and she would not respond to me she never said a single word to me she seem to have been part that she was checking me out like I was wasting her time. Maybe she should be put overnight or something that so she doesn't have to deal with as many customers .

I have been coming into this Murphy USA since it opened. The customer service has always been pretty good. The attendant (which I believe was the only one) is like having to pull teeth to get her to smile or be friendly. I also have noticed that she treats people differently. She will smile and be friendly with one group of people over another. I try to come in when she isn't there to have Charles (Who's smile and friendliness) is ALWAYS in a great mood and makes you want to come back in. I have held off writing this in hopes she just was having a bad day and "might" have a different attitude..nope. and I find quite annoying when she (and anyone that waits on me) has their earbud in and having a conversation on their phone. I suppose it could be with management, however, I have been there and done that and don't think so.

I am aware that the Walmart credit card is changing from a 5 cent discount to a 2% rebate credited to the bill. I received an email about the change on April 2, a day after this change took effect. However, there is still a sign on the pump stating there is a 5 cent discount using the Walmart charge card. I feel the 5 cent discount should be honored, since the signs are still up. Otherwise, that is false advertising. We reported the problem to the clerk, who refused to honor the price. I called the 1-855-301-9523 number on the sign immediately and spoke to Tricia, who also refused to help. I took a picture of the false sign on the pump if you would like proof.
