I came to purchase lottery tickets for family members for their birthday. I told attendant the numbers of the tickets I wanted, i.e., number 31, number 24, etc. The tickets I wanted were 2 $10 tickets, 2 $5 tickets, 2 $2 tickets, etc. I had other things on my mind and did not realize that she gave me all the wrong tickets except for the $1 tickets. Instead of 2 $10 tickets she gave me 2 $20 tickets, 2 $10 tickets (wrong ticket)instead of the 2 $5 tickets I wanted, and 2 other tickets that were not the ones I asked for. I didn't realize how much I had spent because I was in a hurry. Part of it is my mistake because I trusted that I was getting the tickets I asked for and I don't think I'll ever buy lottery tickets there again.
