Only one register was open and there were two lines of customers (3-4 people) feeding into one register. customers were asking each other who was next.

Needed a propane exchange and attendant said he could not do an exchange and offered no explanation as to why. I assume it was because he was alone and could not leave the store unattended.

The attendant was slower than the attendant I have seen in the past. He/location was overly busy...more so than usual

When using a credit card I think it would be good for the system to ask for my zip code to limit theft and fraud.

It is not that I was not satisfied, but I am wondering if the gas quality is as good as what I generally purchase. I decided to try Murphy this time because they had the better price compared to the other locations I refuel.

I was expecting the price of gasoline to be way more competitive than it was.

Hello, the line at the register was long with people buying lottery tickets. And with those cashing them in. Many of the customers didn't know what ticket they wanted to purchase & that took even longer. Just wanted to pay for my items & get gas and leave. Thanks.

There are multiple pumps that are not working. Why they are not fixed is making getting fuel quite difficult.

The attendant inside was very frantic. He kept calling out to people asking their pump number to make sure people were coming inside to pay. As a customer stepped up to the counter to pay he'd start the process of taking their payment, but as another customer would step inside the store he'd call out to them and ask their pump number. This went on and on, delaying the payment process for each customer at the counter. The line ended up to the door. I think the problem is having the "pay inside" button on the gas pumps which allows the customer to pre-pump outside before paying. I believe your employee was being diligent to make sure customers weren't pumping and leaving w/out paying because he would call out to customers outside using his microphone inside, but none was responding. That's why he'd call out to customers when they entered the store asking their pump number. He heart was in the right place, but it was creating chaos in the store. Personally I was shocked to see a pump before paying button on the pumps. I haven't seen that in years. I think you would serve everyone by removing that button.
