Embassy Suites Boston - at Logan Airport

Pick up service was timely at airport. No long wait at desk. Great food both in evening and breakfast in morning. Beds great. Suites were very comfortable.

I really like this hotel it's nice

Not super convenient to the convention center. Cab wouldn't pick us up at this location this morning so we had to take the airport shuttle to the airport, switched into a cab, and then went to the convention center. Hassle. Lobby is a bit out dated with an average at best atmosphere. I like the rooms with a separate living area and kitchenette space. Still here. Overall okay.

Air conditioner was broken and staff was very slow to take care of the problem
