When I'm on my way to work I like to be able to get in and out when getting gas. Lately this stop is taking me more time. I understand things changevbut the service had gone down. The young lady who was in there is very slow.

I am registering this complain on behalf of five people. I volunteered to make this effort as I want to see this business improve. We have plenty of dingy and dirty filling stations in Little Rock. It is interesting that this is coming from the moer affluent part of town. I have made many purchases at this location, since the time this location opened. At first this was the clearnist filling station within miles. Supply of items was great. It has gone downhill. Now the attendant barely "grunts" when you make your purchase, the male restroom was too unclean for me to use. The coffee bar was out of some items as well as popular breakfast snacks. I kept my current receipt, from a different purchase in efforts to make this complaint. It this not addressed, I, my family, and friends, wiil purchase my fuel items exactly across the stress at the Shell station or the Exxon just 1/2 mile down the street.

The attendants are never waiting for you at the register. You almost always have go to the back and look for them. I hate to wait then when you get to the register you act like you have an attitude. Also when we are waiting sometimes the attendant will say it it will be a minute my system rebooting, it's gonna be a minute. I just stop here because it on my way to work but I am thinking about taking a detour to avoid this. I like to be on time for work.

my last Knowledge was this location is a 24 hour site I had literally inserted My credit card in the pump and just started to fuel the first .06 cents then the lights turn off along with the fuel dispenser tried to tell her but teller inside they ignored me like I was not there

The attendant was not in the front of the store. I was on my way to work and like to get in and out. I had to yell out for someone. As I was walking out the door the young lady seemed to come from the bathroom. I shopped around the store before I was about to leave. When she did come out she was dragging like she was not feeling well. I was on my way to work and I always stop here. She looks new but that is no excuse.

The attendant standing behind the register said he couldn't assist me so I had to stand in line and wait. The newspapers shouldn't be on the dirty floor when you have a stand for the newspapers. Someone is normally hiding behind the counter (sitting low where they think they can't be seen) while one attendant is working.
