I haven't experienced this location or this business in the past so, since it was my first visit, I can't really put a good or bad decision on the trip. Not bad overall, just need to adjust is all. I normally go to a different station for fuel, but this place being closer & in the direction I head out regularly then I can see it maybe becoming a good place to become my regular stop in the future possibly.

Many pumps out of service and 1 register while 2 others behind counter did something other than ring up customers

The gas pump we used did not work, and when we spoke to the employee inside the store, she was on her phone and did not take care of the situation. After the second try of pumping the gas, we realized that the machine was empty and did not have any gas, and we had to use a different one. We believe there should have been a sign on the pump saying it was out of order.

Having air available is nice but not for $1.50!!! The machine would not take my quarters and required a credit card. Totally stupid and ignorant to charge. I love that Murphy's sets the price that others match and I have utilized you guys because the other guy never reduced his prices for years until you came along; I do not reward bad behavior so I use your station, the new guys. The charge for air requiring credit card only for $1.50 now that is something to be unhappy about, you dropped down off my popular list.

Store & grounds were fine. Your attendant was outside smoking RIGHT NEXT TO & BETWEEN the pumps while cleaning up. I do not wish to put myself & my family at risk for his careless actions. Stickers on the pump CLAIM use if my cell phone could start a fire how much more so for a lit cigarette?

The lady that was working was more caring about talking on her phone then service..Everytime I go in there you have to hear about her homelife..she talks to much and doesn't give good service.I know the manager and IAM sure this issue has be brought to his attention. The night shift is horrible..

I don't understand how this happened but after using a credit card normally for my gas purchase I was charged 1 dollar 2 more times on my credit card statement. Same transaction description (Murphy express 8774). I realize it's only a couple of bucks but wonder if there was some kind of a pump malfunction involved that should be addressed. I do recall adding a little more gas after the shutoff to reach an exact number of $64. (of which I wound up stopping at $64.01!) In any case I probably saved almost the $2 considering the cheaper price at the pump, which is why I went there to begin with. I'm not angry or anything, just a little timid about going there again. And I'm not going to go in the office & bark about 2 dollars.

The tank filters for the diesel fuel pumps were plugged up which caused the fuel to flow TOO SLOW.It took over 20 minutes to pump 20 gallons of fuel.I told the attendant the pump was flowing very slowly & they didn't care.As a result they lost a customer,me,who went to your competitors & spent another $65.00 on diesel fuel.

Joelene was very rude when I addressed the pump wasn't pumping. In a rude manner she responds: Well didn't you lift the pump?? Are you sure!? Then she heads back to fix it and didnt even communicate: Okay! Go and try again! Nope didnt even. I just stood there unsure if it was ready or not because she had moved on with some other task so I head toward the pump to see if the gas was activated. And finally it was. Now, after paying the first for the gas I went immediately to the gas pump to pump gas the first time. Therefore it was not a time delay issue, she was the "Issue". The Cashier was the issue.
