Attendant not very friendly

First, in foremost, this is not my first time going to buy fuel at this location. The price is little reason and the location is close to Walmart which make it convenient for me. I usually pay at the pump but on this morning around 08:36, the card reader at the pump refuses to accept my card. due to this reason, I had no option but to go inside and paid. When I got in, I told the cashier that I want $40 gas but she misunderstood me as $14 gas. I went out to pump my gas. while pumping my gas I notice it was short. I had to go back to the store to pay for the balance 26 gas.

Wasn’t greeted by employee. Didn’t feel welcomed

the casher was very helpfull . I forgot the number of my pomp. and she looked. out and told me the pump i was on .very friendly.she has an out going personalaty .that is good to see.

Rude attendant talked on the phone the whole time. She got smart, yelled with me when I asked for if there was a coupon after I prepaid $15 to her & it went to $28.10 while she continued to talk on the phone. She said u got to watch the pump. I said that's why I prepaid so I didn't have to worry about that, "u should know that". She gave me the wrong name when I asked she said her name is KT however the receipt says Katie Marie. I've never been treated so badly at any gas station.

Went inside store to prepay for my gas paid for my gas went back to the pump waited and waited and waited for the pump to be turned on it never did get turned on. Went back into the store to find out why my paid in full pump wasn't starting Tamika Ravon was to busy talking and joking with other customers so I had to wait again to get her attention. When I finally got her attention she said it was because of something I did at the pump which didn't make sense because I went into the store and prepaid for my gas. I told her I wanted my money back. She seemed very annoyed about having to do a refund. I got my receipt for both my prepaid gas and for my refund and walked out. I noticed that the refund receiptso time is at 16:13 vs my prepaid receiptso time is at 16:14:14. So I figured she never started my pump because of the timing on the receipts are a little backwards. I will not come to your business anymore. Thank you for my bad afternoon.
