This cashier is just rude. I got there a minute early and not realize so I knocked on the door thinking that she had just forgotten to unlock the door. Without even saying hello she just blurted out "It's not 5:30 yet!" She was kinda of short and condescending from there on. At the end of the transaction, I paused, looked away and scratched my trying to figure out what was with her attitude and she literally mocked what I was doing, leaned in toward me a bit and said, "Boy, you must be smart." I come to this on my way home from work to buy my tobacco products. I do this because it is convenient for me. I should not have to deal with this type of thing and I do not appreciate it one bit. I have never done anything to this lady but every time I go there she seems to a litttle more bold in her rudeness. Please ask her to remember the nature of retail sales which includes being polite to patrons. Thank you.

pump 11 - had trouble gettng started then it kicked out before filling the tank I suspected it kicked out early, but was too much trouble to check driving away, confirmed .25 tank short I have had this problem before at this station Attendent said thanks for feedback, but did not seem him make any notes.

the attendant was empting the trash outside by the pumps the door was locked i had to wait over 5 minutes for her to take out the trash i purchased a phone cord my phone was dying i was traveling over 100 miles for an emergency the phone cord broke with in 30 minutes the plug came off the door near the bathroom was locked i had to walk around the building to get to it the floor was very wet i have no idea if it was a water leak or urine and do not want to know

Visit 5 days a week only on sat sun problem visit last week rainy door locked on 1 side had to walk n rain not the 1st time door locked poor customer service slow but friendly

Because at 1:30 pm visited the store the brand of cigarrates wasn't available. How the inventory been handled they run out of the most wanted product? Visited again at 17:17 so I can give you business but I will never ever return to Murphy gas startion because they way that you employee was talking to me. She treat me like she is my mom and I have to listen to what she tells me. I have asked why I have to 51.90 while I have always paid 48.69 oh the offer is over. I said the discount is when you pull one pack out ring it and add the other 9 so I can get the discount which I always got it that way. She isn't like no it isn't over like I said. I had no choice but to get it because I ran out of cigarstes she left the carton on the table and I puy for it. She didn't even bother to offer me a bag. Or to say thank you. Well the next customer comes in she is like oh hi how are you how can I help you. Basically either she is moody or racist toward me. While I am buying gas twice a week, cigarettes one carton every week, but you lost me as a customer. If you guys want to run a business you may train you employees very well. I have been customers with Murphy for over 10 years, in Wylie,Texas

I intended to pay inside with cash but stood inside for a few minutes and no one came to help me. I had somewhere to be so I had to go outside and put it on my card. Honestly I would have went to sheetz instead but my fuel light was on and wouldn't make it that far.
