Attendant stated that for survey, she needed more numbers and I needed to get free gas in the sweepstakes

The cashier was beyond rude i almost slipped in spilled soda from the soda machine witch the cashier just left there while she was on her cell phone yelling at whoever i waited 7minutes to be waited on an when she did wait on me she was still on the phone i told her about the spill an she said ill get to it later she was so beyond RUDE

The pump was totally inoperative, failing to reset from the previous purchase and, although accepting my credit card information, refusing to pump fuel after I chose a fuel type. I was also concerned about the bright red "Rejected" stickers on several of the pumps at this location, including mine. What does this mean?? Is there some problem with the fuel at this Murphy location??
