Cashier was rude. Tried to take my money before anything had been rung up. Kept cigarette coupon but did not use for my purchase then wouldnt give it back. This is the second time this has happened at this location. Also cashier on cell phone the entire time i was in line and at register. This is the third time the cashier was on phone
