I stopped in to fill up because the unleaded was pretty inexpensive ($1.89/gallon). However, pump #6 kept cutting off. It didn't matter if I used the flip switch on the nozzle or if I manually pumped. The flow kept stopping as if the tank was full or there was overflow. It was very inconvenient. I didn't want to go inside and report it because I didn't want to leave my purse in the car unattended. I also didn't want to have to grab my purse and go inside. It was inconvenient. I would've have called from my car using my hands free, but the phone number isn't listed on the receipt. I shouldn't have to take a survey just to tell you the pump isn't working properly. And service shouldn't suffer just because the gas is inexpensive. While I there, I noticed an employee hanging out the door with a cigarette in her hand. I couldn't tell if it was lit or not, but I hope she didn't plan on smoking it around the pumps.

I tried to enter the gas station to use the restroom and to buy some kind of snacks. The lights were on inside the station, but when I tried twice to pull on the door handle, it was clearly locked. There should have been a sign posted that no customers are allowed inside at that time of day / night or that restrooms are not available, or that there is no attendant on duty. There was a man already there pumping his gas and he saw when I could not open the door, he said "It's closed?" I said "Guess so." He said "That's weird, nobody here, huh"? I just said no and went on to pump my gas. As a lady, I was not afraid, but I did feel not so safe being there at that time of night or morning. It was just past midnight. Quick trip is about a block away and their station is very well lit up just like yours. However they do have attendants on duty at all hours of the day and all hours of the night. I feel safe there. I guess that I am like most women, as we price shop for most everything including gas. So, as a female consumer, I will have to keep a mental note that I can only purchase from Murphy USA during daytime hours when someone is actually on duty, thus safer for me.

Ad on pump display showed to buy 3 20oz dr pepper products and get a 10cent per gallon discount. Ad shows after/during the pumping. I took a photo to show cashier. I intended to buy 3 dp. Upon taking the dps to the registar, I asked about the discount. Woman argued with me. We went outside and started the process. My fuel door was closed and I could not begin pumping. I ran the card and selected fuel to the point of pumping and to see the ad. I showed her the photo I took, just 3 minutes earlier. She basically called me a lier and that NONE of the MURPHYS had such an ad. This location is misleading. It cast doubt on on the products that the company represents. I will be happy to email or post the photo of the ad! I am very upset about this false representation.
