Well Michael Murphy of the Surry NC sheriff's office was not a satisfying constitutional pledged for boundary and permit.And I must say American Standard institution,as pulled from the National Council of state,showed no devotion to the 11th amendment,nor devotion for his sheriff as ranking number 1 and the only elected to isshue permission permits.

Sign on window said fountain/frozen drink 59 cents but I had to pay $1.09. Line was long and attendant allowed someone to jump in line.

Not sure what was wrong but the pump kept cutting off. If you sqeezed the handle to hard it would stop.
