There aren't enough pumps. Had to wait a long while to be able to get fuel. Almost left to go to another gas station.

Just built this location and already the inside needs better management. Where the fountain drinks are it is really messy and sticky on the floor. And at one point I saw circle k's polar pop being used for cups. Don't know what that was about. I just feel this nice place should be better taken care of.

your prices use to be very good prices and not they are ridiculous high. It seems like when you get a customer coming back you hire less than adequate help and your prices go up.

TOO MANY PUMPS NOT OPERABLE. NO MORE 15% DISCOUNT WITH MY MURPHY VISA CARD, SO I WILL BE GOING BACK TO BROOKSHIRE FOR 10% OFF. IT IS A CONGESTED MESS AT THIS LOCATION, ESPECIALLY SINCE SO MANY OF THE PUMPS HAVE BEEN INOPERABLE FOR WEEKS!!!!

I have visited this location at 6241 Westport Avenue, Shreveport, LA 71129 on three occasions. On all three there were people "working" the customers with behaviors ranging from aggressive panhandling, to people forcing their services on customers to pump gas for a "tip," to a Christmas Eve scam for free gas to get home for the Holidays. The management at this location is clearly not supervising the activities at their gas pumps. They have allowed their location to be taken over by an undesirable element that is making the experience of purchasing a tank of gas absolutely unacceptable. Three out of three unpleasant experiences--you have lost my business. I have nothing against charity, and give generously to those in need particularly during the Holiday Season, but I choose to do it through recognized organizations. Your management at this location is doing nothing more than allow the wolves of the season to prey on your customers. This location is hardly worthy of the Walton family business standards.
