I checked on line that morning about mid morning if that facility carried diesel fuel and noted the price listed was $2.73 per gallon. Later that afternoon, I dropped by to get fuel and the large metal sign at the front of the driveway listed diesel as 2.699, the pump was 2.739 and that is what I paid. I waited for some time for the attendant, some guy was buying lottery tickets and when I talked to him about the price difference he commented he could not do anything about it and the price was changing. It had been at that rate all day. If one changes the price for the pumps, it should be policy to change the signs also or you are engaged in false advertising. I was not satisfied w/the attendants response or attitude about an obvious wrong. I go to that facility because it carries ethanol free gas and I appreciate that.

New to the area and signs not clear to understand on points just didn't understand clearly.

There was ice all throughout the fuel lanes. Obviously, this would occur since it snowed recently and the cold weather forms black ice, but there was no effort taken to de-ice the fuel lanes. No one had scraped the ice away, applied salt, or even put up a sign that ice was present. This is akin to someone slipping and falling on a wet floor and hurting themselves because there was no sign to warn them. Imagine if a car slid into a pump, causing a fire or explosion. I drove past a nearby QT and 100% of their fuel area was de-iced.

Attendant was at another speaking with his "aunt". I stood in line for 5 minutes before I was addressed as a customer even though he saw me pull up. His hands were the only thing that was visible and they were not clean in appearance or approach.

Pump was very slow. Second time I have experienced this at this location

The attendant was on his cell phone when I approached the window and saw me there but failed to recognize me. After I asked for a receipt, he gave it to me with an attitude and did not say thank you. Very rude and unprofessional!!!!!
