pumps are alittle strange

getting in to fuel pump 2 pumps blocked off getting back on highway cars jammed up could not get out to light

Just an average fuel stop.

I thought we could use our Sams Club card as we do in Wal-Mart for a purchase. We could not, but the cashier was very nice and explained that Murphy was not associated with Wal-Mart. I did not know this, but we were served quickly and am glad to have such a nice facility in Rocky Mount, Va.

I wanted to use the gift card at the pump but had to go to the attendant for assistance

Rude customer service.

I hate that they try to upsale every time I go there. They're too pushy and it's very clear that they are made to be that way.

Area was busy. Put my card in pump slot, put in the correct information and pump would not take the information so I had to go wait in line at the attendants window to get my fuel

Pumps way too slow pumping. I'm a contractor and my time is money.

I was completely satisfied.
