Never put down highly satisfied in a survey

I was very satisfied.

It met expectations but was not extraordinary.

The gasoline is cheaper than any competitors, its new and clean, the inside is cool and clean.

It's a self-service station...I didn't find anything unusual or exceptional.

There are several pumps not working

I have requested 4 times now and once with an e-mail my husband's brand of cigarettes. Basic Menthol Light 100's. I have been assured each time that they would be ordered. As of Tuesday, Oct. 11 still NO cigarettes. Shorts (that they have had for a while now) but NO 100's. The attendant said, "Well, I see it on the list." I said ,"Ma'am, it's not your fault but they HAVE been on the list."

Price on pump was $.17 a gallon more than advertised on sign. I felt lied to and cheated. Will NEVER purchase gas there again.

It took around 15 -20 minutes to get 24 gallons of diesel fuel, my time is important. I brought this to the attendants attention and she said the diesel pumps were slow, if this is not corrected I will not be back. I was fueling my diesel truck which takes 45 gallons then and aux. tank of 45 gallons, I left and went to another station and paid 10 cents more per gallon but was in and out in less than 7 minutes getting 75 gallons of fuel.

My husband purchased a Net 10 phone card. They told him they did not give cards but an activation number. When we called to get his phone activated(we were in the parking lot) the code is not accurate. When we told the cashier Taylor Marie she informed us that they do not refund we would need to go to Walmart to get our new activation number. Walmart assistant manager Scott was very helpful and is trying to get this sorted out but the manager of Murphy's isn't in. We spent $45.75 for nothing! I will never go back there and I will tell everyone how they keep passing us off on everyone else if the manager doesn't make this right.
