Although I was not dissatisfied with my visit, there was nothing to make me feel "highly" satisfied. Just the fact that Murphy USA is a part of the Wal Mart family is enough to keep me from giving this business a "highly" satisfied rating. For a long time now, when I shop at Wal Mart, I feel like it's nothing special. Yes, I am thankful for the low prices. But honestly, if there was another choice, I would go somewhere else. The customer service is sub par and the bathrooms are always unacceptable. The shelves don't pop. A lot of times aisles are messy or someone is blocking the aisle while stocking. When I ask for help, someone "tells" me instead of "showing me." Sorry, I know you're asking about your gas station, but you are connected. And this is how Wal Mart presents itself in the community now. Murphy USA, like Wal Mart, will only be known for lower prices and convenience. Unfortunately, that is all. Maybe you can pass this along to the people in charge of your stores. Meijer's and the new Kroger stores...they "wow" me. I just wanted to give you honest feed back. Thanks for the opportunity.

The sign stated a price lower than what the pump charged. I wasn't asked what grade of gas I wanted at the register.
