had to wait to pump my gas

Every time I go in there. The clerks are just like they hate their jobs. If a problem they just grunt, like I don't have to help.. Haven't met one yet that enjoys their job.

bought 3 monsters to get a fuel discount, prepaid for $30, discount is only good for 12 gal, the pump shut off right at 12 gal for price of $23.47, went back inside attendant told me the difference would go back on my card, I ask for a final receipt so I could see for myself the lesser price and the difference going back on my card, attendant and manager could not produce after several attempts a final receipt, they could only produce the prepaid receipt which I already had, they apologized for not being able to produce that final receipt, which I felt was very strange because all transactions should be in the computer before or after no matter the circumstance, and I believe those kind of receipts should be able to print out for the customer no matter what, if this action is impossible then murphy needs to revise their printable receipts print out program. I drove to my bank immediately after leaving(thank god it was still business hours)to confirm this transaction and in fact the difference was put back on my card, even my bankers thought it was strange no receipt was possible to print.

Glad to have somewhere to get gas that's convenient and easy.

The problem was just getting the very stiff hose twisted around to the car, needs a swivel fitting.

Window washer was empty and so was the paper towels. I like to wash my windows and my headlights everytime I fill with fuel since I drive 260 miles a day for my work.

I wasn't happy that they didn't have an option of being able to get gas without ethonal.

pump never shut off getting fuel on me and the vehicle. no action taken from problem

Diesel pumped VERY slow and pump did not auto shut off.

You had a hispanic male having trouble getting gas that he paid cash for and no attendant to come out and help him. Windshield washer trays were empty but yet we have this big display of windshield washer solvent for sale but nobody to fill the trays for the station. Cheap gas but no customer service isn't gonna to continue to win.
