To me satisfied means I got what was expected. You business is doing what it should. Highly satisfied means something special was provided.

Today I didn't have to wait for a pump so, the experience was fine. Some days, I have had to wait over five minutes only to find out that the pump wasn't working.

Lines too long ar pumps and parking lot area too small and overcrowded. Made it stressful.
