It wasn't the actual gas station that I was dissatisfied with. With my gas purchase, I also purchased a $12.00 car wash. After pumping my gas I received a receipt with a car wash code. After searching the area, I asked the attendant where the car wash was located. It was located ACROSS THE INTERSTATE from the station! Then the car wash messed up my windshield wipers and neglected to dispense the 2 free tokens for free vacuum. I found a worker at the car wash (not an employee, but a nice car wash maintenance "vendor") and he happened to have 2 tokens for the vacuum. I then drove over to the vacuum and the machine "ate" my first token and the vacuum did not turn on. I moved to a second vacuum & used the remaining token (this vacuum worked). There were loose wood screws all over the place so it's a miracle I didn't get a flat tire. I picked up as many of the screws as I could. And the car wash was certainly not worth $12.00!! It was a quick wash with average cleaning results. Just a horrible experience at a Murphy USA car wash!!

Attendant to busy talking after the transaction of customer before me. A little talk is great, but they continued for about 5 minutes.

Cashier was counting coin for someone trying to purchase something. I tried to purchase a gas card in Walmart and the cashier didn't care enough to help me. Said I had to have a card first. She told me to go find one! Bas customer service!

Every time I buy gas at the Bastrop Murphy's station the card reader cannot read my Visa card because it has a chip. That means I have to wait on a line to give the attendant my credit card and then go back and fill the tank then wait on line again to pay the amount I pumped. This is a total waste of my time about 10 minutes because your pumpscate from the 90's. I typically go to HEB who is the same price and it reads my card. Just a heads up your station is old school. Two guys in front of me just said $15 worth because they did not want to get back on line. You are losing money and customers.
