This is a brand new location. When I pulled up to the pump, the card reader seemed to be working, but after 3 different "transaction cancelled" I had to get back in my car and pull to another pump. The second pump card reader worked with no issues.

I was satisfied. It's a new station. Right next to my Walmart. If I run close to empty I will go.

I tried to use my walmart card. Didn't work. Went inside to find out the problem. Attendant stated "We don't accept the walmart card." I had just used that very card at the Neighborhood Walmart on University blvd., as I also used it at the Walmart in Saraland. Was very frustrated of not being able to use my card, ending in having to use a card I didn't want to use. Held up the line wasting time. Thank you.

The location had a very aggressive panhandler going from pump to pump trying to solicit from the customers. He was especially aggressive with female customers. I certainly did not feel safe, as it was after dark and the property had no security guard or any outside attendant.

I PURCHASE ICHEES FOR MYSELF AND MY CHILDREN,AND THE ICHEE CUPS COME WITH THE DOME TOPS,MURPHY WAS OUT OF DOME TOPS AND THE SMALL LIDS FOR THE ICHEE'S,MY SON SPILL HIS,AND HE WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED,AND I HAD TO DRIVE HOME WITH OUR ICHEES IN THE CUP HOLDER WITHOUT A LID,AND THE ICHEES KEPT TRYING TO TURN OVER EVERY TIME I TURN A CURVE,AND IT WAS JUST DISTURBING NOT HAVING THE RIGHT LIDS FOR OUR ICHEES THAT NIGHT!

I was so excited when I saw this store being built. It is very convenient for me as it is close to my work and off the main streets with hectic morning and rush hour traffic. I have been several times since it opened and would likely shop there daily if it were not for the sales pitch I receive on every visit. The first couple time, the same clerk was working so I gave it another chance thinking it was just him. I was wrong. No matter what I am buying, the clerk will try to sell me something else. Usually something not even related to what I am buying. I'm buying gum? "Did you see we have Gatorade?" I wasn't buying a drink to begin with, clearly I'm not thirsty. No one likes salesmen. People look at car lots when they're closed to avoid the pitch. You avoid eye contact with the kiosk in the mall because you don't want to hear it. If I wanted a drink, I would have picked one up. It is annoying and is the only reason I do not use this store regularly. It is an uncomfortable experience and you will be losing my business until it stops. I drive by this store three times a day, six days a week. But I will stop at the more pricey store on the corner to avoid this.

blaring horrid music from the station as well as from the car next to me

I wanted unleaded plus but the attendant had the pump set for regular unleaded. Usually at other stations you pay for gas and select what ever grade you prefer at the pump. She offered to credit my card and recharge it but it was to much of a hassle

Employee kaylyn roshaun upset that i came into store asking for some tissue to use your bathroom. Employee asked me why do i always come to your store to use murphys bathroom instead of bathroom where i work. I told her because my company that i work for spends approximately 800.00 per month at murphys so i thought i could use the bathroom with out being harrassed or embarassed. Comments like these from this employee with eventually get this store a major liability claim
