The inside store was locked as the attendant was in the bathroom. More than 1 attendant should be at the location. I was unable to purchase needed items

As I was filling my gas tank with a credit card purchase I noticed a Red Bull promotion so I immediately went in the store to ask the attendant how I need to proceed with there Red Bull promo? He said, to late you already paid for your gas with a credit card. Can’t Help You! I am/was not happy!!

Price of gas in the pump area was listed incorrectly. Saint 232.9. When in fact it was 239.9 per gal. Not happy

Pump #6 had a blank screen. I went inside and asked if pump #6 was broken. The attendant stated it was not but the screen was blank on all functions. Now folks, that's broken. D'oh. I only switched pumps so that I could take this survey.

I walked In and Greeted the attendant and she didn't even acknowledge me .After I paid for my purchase I said Thank You and Again the attendant didn't acknowledge me at all she never said a single word . I come to the same Murphy store (5) five days a week and buy at least 2-3 cartons of cigarettes a week .I will be looking for another store to buy cartons of cigarettes . I have Never been treated so rudely going to this Murphy store before.

The cashier was very very rude. She didn't welcome me into the store. I asked for a pack of 305's and she threw them on the counter. She didn't even say goodbye and come again. I could hear it in her voice that she was in a bad mood. Strange thing is that no on else was in the store. So why even be mad or upset. Why? Everyone in this store has been fantastic. Great employees with great attitudes. This employee will make me take my business elsewhere.

Gerard is very rude, doesn't greet u and acts like he's bothered when ringing u up. Not friendly at all. Didn't smile and was rude about a seperate transaction. He's very rude.
