I waited a long time in line and observed how great the customer service was for the customer in front of me. There were two people working and only one line open. When I was finally helped, the associate was not friendly at all and basically spoke to me as if I was an inconvenience. She was in quite a hurry with me and I only bought one thing. No smile, no apology for the long wait. I have never had such a bad experience here. I will never return in the evening again. Only in the morning when the service is outstanding.

The Manager name Greg told me to get out of the line when I was experiencing problem with his store location to use my coupon from my phone. He told me when I had myself together with my coupon which had came up by then and has a timer on it once you are in the store, so that she the attendance could ring up other people. I was embarrassed and felt very disrespectful. I said nothing to him. He could have open up his line to help people pay for there products but he didn't. Instead he just let the only 1 line stay open. First time coming in this store was not satisfied at all. Greg needs to go through a Customer Service class. I will not return.
