I have a new Walmart Master Card and I was led to believe that I received a 10cnet discount when I purchased gasoline. However, I was told be the attendant that I would have to get on line and enter a code and then my bill would be credited. This disappointed me. Probably will tear up my card and just use the 3 cent off Walmart card in the future.
