this is a new Murphy USA at the Franklin Wal-Mart in Waco,TX. The landscaping contractor installed three red oak trees and numerous shrubs when completed in the summer. All of the Red Oaks are dead along with some shrubs. I think the landscaping contractor did a crappy job and they should have to replace all of the dead trees and shrubs free of charge to Murphy USA.
