It could have been a bit cleaner and the pump was a bit hesitant

The cashier was just talking away to the person in front of me while the line built up behind me.

It is chaos when trying to pull into the Murphy to put gas. The vehicles are facing every which way and it is hard to find a pump, then you get stuck between vehicles that are waiting to put gas. There should be an entrance and exit to keep the flow of traffic smooth.

When I pulled into the fueling lane I was head to head with the other vehicle in the same fueling lane. This necessitated his having to back out as I was not finished fueling my vehicle. Another vehicle pulled into the lane headed into me. After fueling my vehicle I could not back out as another vehicle had pulled in behind me. This vehicle had to back up so that I could back out of the fueling lane. This type of situation happens frequently (cars headed in opposite directions in the same fueling lane) because there are no directional arrows to control the flow of traffic. If you would paint some arrows in opposite directions in every other lane, you could relieve this problem and most likely speed up the fueling process, which could increase gas sales and profits. All it would take is a couple gallons of paint, some arrow stencils and an hours time of an employee. This would increase customer satisfaction and lower some customers blood pressure.

As all filler caps are not on the same side for vehicles, the vehicle in front of me was pointed at me. Therefore, I had two choices: wait for the vehicle in front of me to finish fueling and back out, or I could back out instead of waiting on the other vehicle. As I was backing out, a vehicle almost hit me while I was backing out of my lane. A SIMPLE FIX IS TO HAVE LARGE WHITE DIRECTIONAL ARROWS DIRECTING THE FLOW OF TRAFFICE IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION IN EVERY OTHER LANE. THIS WOULD ACCOMODATE VEHICLES WITH FILLER CAPS ON EACH SIDE OF THE VEHICLE. VERY COST EFFECTIVE AS THE ONLY EXPENSE WOULD BE THE ARROW MOULDS, PAINT AND LABOR. I WOULD EVEN VOLUNTEER TO PAINT THE ARROWS. I have seen three or four incidents where people were almost hit backing out and with today's culture, road rage could take over and some one could be assaulted or shot, worst case scenario!

I used my Walmart credit card - There was no discount. Someone had taken a black marker and drawn through Walmart credit card for the discount. The pump only allows a discount with the cards that money is added to - the shopping card.

The cashier Joe was very rude and i felt as if i was being rushed out. There was no coffee because he said he was getting ready to close. All in all the cashier was just very rude and had no guest service skills.
