This Murphy USA location receives a high amount of business & the way the pumps are set up makes it very difficult to get in & out and it causes alot of traffic. Towards the last of the payment that has been placed, the gas pumps extremely slow.

The more pump's, are a good idea, but I have never seen the amount of folk's, having to drive around to find a location to fill up. The customer's were faced backward's, forward's, backing up, pulling forward. It was a mess! This was the second time, I have visited, and the same thing happening at both times. The First time, a clerk came out to collect a $4'00 + pump, from us, and we had our credit receipt. Someone left without paying! A lookout need's to be roaming around, outside, while the new wear's off. I have owned a Fina Station, in Arlington, and have had issues at times. Have someone clean customers windshield's, and socialize, watch, and try to direct traffic a bit. This may help with indoor theft also, if it's going on. Jerry

The gas pump cheated us out of the money it promised and the car wash said free with gas but we had to pay, the worker was very rude and didn't help.

At the time of my visit , attentendent was alone behind counter and there were 5 or six in line and the one in front looked underage and trying to by tabbacco. In her defence,she was trying, but didn't know how to accept my wal-mart gift card for gas. we finally got on the same page and everything from there on went smoothly. I plan on applying for a Murphy Visa and elimanating future problems.

I pay with a Sam' Gift card. In the past, remaining balance on the gift card is displayed on the printed receipt. No true for yesterday's transaction. Remaining balance tells me when I need to reload the card and it saves me time and frustration. Please return to the old format of displaying the remaining balance. Thank you. James Denman

Please put the swivel back on the handle/hose connection. Its lack makes the handle difficult to use, especially for your older customers.

Some bean counter decided to remove the swivel on the pump Handel. Net result, the hose usually kinks, the nozzle may be difficult to put in the tank and the hose is difficult to replace on the pump. for a saving of a few dollars per pump, you irritate almost every customer every time. Not a good move even if they continue to do business with you.

this location continually has problems with available goods to purchase. Tobacco products frequently out, poor ordering -stocking of fountain area -frequently out of cups, or lids or wrong size straws or products. This location is too busy to not have product availability.
