this is a gas station. it was sufficient to accomplish what i needed. i needed fuel and smokes. it wasnt amazing or anything special to get a Highly Satisfied rating.

Recieipt did not print at pump had to go inside to get one. The young lady was very polite and apologized for the printer being out of service on that pump. She said the service order had been submitted

There is only one person working the register and 8 people in line. It takes a longer than it should and your employee is severely overworked. They shouldn't have people backed up to the exit trying to purchase fuel or whatever they are buying. You should have two registeres going so you can get people in and out.

It was just a normal usual visit to the gas station. Nothing particular stood out to me. So I was satisfied!

Long line and they were out of something I wanted

Price of beer seemed high

I feel nothing is perfect, that includes myself. There is always room for improvement.

The only reason I was not highly satisfied was because there was a problem with a customer paying cash and getting the pump to work. The attendant, who was very nice and explaining the situation, was not to blame.

Drink cups & lids were not all available and wanted to ask attendant who wasn't available so had to figure it out.

I stop there because of location of store not for anything specific. Its a smaller store so sometimes it can be way to crowded
