I had a gift card to pay for the gas and found out that Murphy Express doesn't except wal mart gift cards. She said they were not affiliated with Walmart. Very disappointing since I can go 8 miles up the road at a Walmart in Wylie , Texas and can use a Walmart gift card. I know it is not a Murphy Express but a Murphy USA. They are affiliated with Walmart. For the people in Royce City , Texas I'm sure it was a disappointment not to be able to use their cards for a discount. Also it appears that the gas is a little higher at the Myrphy Express.

always a line only one casher all the time no matter what time of day

They always have only one line open. They need to always have to registers open. I've stood in line multiple times for 5 plus minutes. I go to this location about 5 days a week for beer, gas and smokes.
