attendant had food or something in mouth during entire time of transaction. seemed more occupied with the arrival of her sweety. fountain area not fully stocked and was messy.

The space of the Lot is small, so a truck that was close to me actually hit my bumper when pulling out, also the exits are confusing

The attendant was rude and did not seem to take her work very seriously. Singing and listening to her music while working. Very unprofessional!!

Every time I go to Walmart I get gas at this gas station in Royse city Texas there’s always a line there’s usually 4 to 5 sometimes even eight people in line usually wanted to end it or if there’s two the second one isn’t there during the day the service is amazing

Have asked on numerous occasions to stock mine & my husbands tobacco..do have cigarettes occasionally but rarely snuff so I have to go 15 miles from Royse City to Wylie to get (they always have it and their gas is cheaper). I buy 4 cartons of Misty Silver/month and 4 rolls Timberwolf Wintergreen Long Cut/month. Was so excited when store was built so close to me but doesn't help me to much if I have to go elsewhere after going there. Store is very nice. Parking lot access is horrible though.

The attendant who serve me lacked any sense of urgency. She was so inattentive that I had to repeat myself three times, yet had time to gossip about a previous customer with the other clerk, when she should have been attending to me. Her pace was so leisurely that it was insulting—as if waiting on me was an inconvenience. If I see that clerk again, I will leave immediately. I found it difficult to treat her civilly, though I did, because I was treated so impersonally and without any sense of service. Please find people who will preserve your company’s reputation. This one should not make it past the 90 days. Feel free to review the survalance equipment and imagine what customers are feeling when treated so indifferently. You are welcome to share these reflections, as well.

The place was very busy. I had to maneuver around other cars to get to the only available only to find it out of order. Suggest putting large sign on pump instead of sleeve on the handle saying "out of order". There is only one way into this station and it's a tight fit if a large vehicle like a truck pulling a trailer is coming out. A second exit onto Erby would be helpful.

I work for Walmart and at all other Murphy I get .03 off of my fuel but at the one I don't. And when I ask the lady she said that she wasn't a fill-aided with wall mart and that she was Murphy USA and not an express. And more then half of the time that I stop there they are ALWAYS out of the dip that my husband wants and then I have to go else where.
