Murphy USA

In our many travels we have always bought at Murphy USA using our WM gift card for the 3cent discount. I put money on my card, went to this new station at the new WM in our area and it would not accept the card. There should be some notification since this is completely out of the ordinary for Murphy USA. It was built at the same time the new WM was built so one would assume it was just like all the other WM/Murphy locations.

I was very unsatisfied for the fact of this gas station does not take Walmart gift cards

Clerk complained about his problem but when I counter complained about the same problem he acted rude as if his problems were more than the customers

this employee is very slow. every time I go in at this location and she is the only one there than the parking lot is full and there is a line 10 to 12 people deep. today I stopped in and decided to go to Wal-Mart first and come back. when I returned the line was down to 10 people. I saw 4 people walk out and many complaining. it took 30 minutes to get to the register. she is very slow. you should check the cameras and see how much business you are losing. she needs someone there with her at all times or she doesn't need to be there. this is a convenient store and this employee keeps it from being convenient

I expect a quick check out when shopping at Murphy Express #8751, two cashiers were on duty during the after work rush hour, yet one had closed his register before the rush and claimed that he could not get back on his register during the rush when the line was 15 people deep and out the door! I know that this is a new location and it is larger than most, which is why they have two checkout registers, the problem was that they were NOT using both registers during the evening rush. No customer should ever have to wait 15 minutes to check out! SMDH....

Lottery machine never works when I go.

I have been in 4 times to buy Salem Silver Box 100s. They are never in stock. I have left written note that I would like to purchase 3 cartons a month at least. I have spoken to the manager on duty but was told they didn't do the ordering and told to come back the next day and it was on the truck. It was not. They tell me each time they only sell the shorts and that I'm not the only one who has asked. They never ask me if I'd like the shorts. I have to tell them I'll just take one pack of what you have. Rockwall store always keeps one in stock for me.
