The attendant was the friendliest person that I have met at a gas station. She was cordial, professional, and provided prompt service when I was tired from a long day. She smiled and helped me get on my way.

Your store deviates greatly in convenience. When Kat is there is a highly efficient, friendly and pleasant atmosphere. She HUSTLES and respects the customer and their time. If she isn't there things are slow and customers are on your time not ours. If I were you I would promote her and let her distribute her work ethic and attitude across the entire crew. You have a rare opportunity with her skill, demeanor and personality. One other note: Upgrade your POS system, it is terribly slow and the screens are too small.
