The location is a major cross-road which makes easy of entry very difficult. The pump lanes are narrow and the pump distances do not take into account long bodied vehicles.

It's mostly the customers that cause the problems here. You have young punks that come in and distract and cause chaos. Also, some of the employees that work here are slow. I'm not sure they know their job.

The shift took longer than it should, and the attendance was talking on her cell phone.

The attendant was not friendly, and not caring. Yet, the store manager on duty was the problem. She is always rude on several occassions and not willing to give the numbers or contacts in order to report her actions. Felt very dissatisfied with her customer service. Demonstrated none politeness, never shows a smile and ignorant when authorizing about pay amounts, questions on receipt calculations that were taken from my debit card, non respondant on questions about specials pricing and shows this same attitude whenever I shop, everytime she's on duty.
