The price of the gas

Because I don't give Highly Satisfied for business as usual. Highly Satisfied is when someone does something special and makes me feel good and/or appreciated.

I usually go to Murphy's because gas is cheaper. But the last few weeks it's the same as most other places. There's almost always a line and it seems to take a long time to get in and out (comparatively speaking) and sometimes the employees seem indifferent.

Access to pumps is very conjested...

There was nothing exemplary about the visit. Everyone did their job the way it is supposed to be done.

I don't give exceptional ratings for doing your job the way it is supposed to be done.

I don't give superior ratings for doing what you are supposed to do.

Traffic is heavy in the parking lot adjacent to station

I don't give ratings like that for doing your job the way you are supposed to. That rating is for exceptional service or whatever.
