Good room but staff did not help with early checkin right away

This is more like a short term housing scenario than a business hotel. My room was not cleaned when I arrived. The housekeeper moved me next door which was great. But then at 11pm security walked into my room. The line for breakfast was literally 60 people deep.

The valet takes too long, they clean your room at 6 pm, no vacuum or anything.
