Ball of hair wrapped up in comforter... But overall good stay. Friendly employees!

We booked a regular room and were given a handicapped room. This isn't a big deal but whenever we showered the whole bathroom floor was soaked, leaving this a safety issue for our toddler. Also, the parking situation is less than ideal.

the alarm went off several times during the night long after the fire issue was resolved. other than that I had a wonderful time

Had an issue during the managers reception. I was turned away 5 minutes before it was to close while the same individual allowed 3 others access after turning me away

I liked the Parrot,Emma. I slept on the pullout bed was extremely uncomfortable. The hotel was beautiful though.

Having to pay for the wireless internet was ridiculous. Also the hotel could use some upgrades.
