The AC is horrible

Internet was slow. After checking into room found leftover mixed drinks in refrigerator (really made me wonder about the cleanliness). Remote to tv didn't work. The desk actually reduced our room rate because of drink and we got an immediate response on remote. Hilton does not have s great policy for late checkout for hhonor diamond members.
