Property is old and has lots of "blemishes" in the rooms. Free breakfast is good. Location is great.

My wife loves staying there because of the breakfast. I like staying because of the suites. It's time for an update though. The rooms are outdated and need to be remodeled.

The parking garage is scary but I enjoyed my stay.

We had to move rooms twice because our first two rooms reeked of cigarettes. The hotel was just not as clean overall as I would have liked. I got free internet but the connection was so poor I couldn't use it.

The website advertises that guests can pay with cash, however upon arriving they require a credit card. This was inconvenient and irritating given that we made the deliberate choice not to pay in advance because it advertised we could pay cash. Then, we get to the fifth floor to discover our room key did not work. This was unfortunate because guests have to use their door key to activate the elevator...a fact that was not disclosed to us upon check-in. The second day, the power went down in the hotel so our air conditioning didn't work or the elevators for a good part of the day. Then, they drained the Hot Tub which was one of the reasons we chose this hotel...for its pool and hot tub. This was so very disappointing because we don't get to get away often and it was our anniversary so really all of these things added up to a very disappointing stay.

The room service people were mean and there was mild on the wall and the water was not hot!

I go to happy hour and was the only guest to be asked for a key. Granted I was the only Latino at the bar. Will never come back.
