The hotel was beautiful. We always try to stay at the Embassy Suites as a treat. It isn't very cheap but we like to splurge for fun when we can. This embassy suites wasn't the best experience compared to other Embassy suites that we have stayed in. The managers reception was very weak. The snacks weren't nearly as good as other embassy suites. It was like they just threw some extra stuff together real quick. The drink like was super long and there was only one bartender. We also had a very long wait at the breakfast Buffet. It just didn't seem like it was very organized. They only had one person making omelets. It took my son 20 min to get an omelet made. Over all this wasn't the best experience at the embassy suites. We were very excited to stay there but in the end we we disappointed.

Didnt stay but liked atmosphere.

Gym needs renovation. Great employees. Housekeeping is poor

The customer service was great and the room service was delicious. I will definitely be going back soon.

This is a great hotel.

I knew this would be a quick transaction and the customer service was great. They had everything I needed/wanted here for a decent price.
