The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed the fast service and the meeting location

We have stayed there before and it was great. This time we arrived and we're supposed to be in a two queen room. We ended up five people in a king. The room was filthy. We called the manager to come up. Someone's contact lenses were sitting open in our room, keys, straw wrapper, dirty fork, deodorant, dirty sheets with crumbs and stains. It was disgusting.
