Hotel was nice. Cookies were delicious. People seemed friendly. We saw an employee outside smoking then come inside and start working....maybe hide that better or don't allow smoking at all

Room smelled a bit funky. Breakfast was ok. One clerk was very kind

we were put in a dirty room when we arrived, staff looked at me like I was crazy when I reported someone for smoking in the non smoking pool area.
