Embassy Suites Chicago - Downtown

Great clean hotel. Rooms are great clean and big. Customer service needs improvement

We had a great stay and were very impressed with the staff and friendliness of the staff. The free made to order breakfast was awesome. The manager reception/cocktail reception was great for the free alcohol but the supposed appetizers were not anything worthwhile. They were cold and tastes gross the first night and the second night wasn't much better.
